The current position has a current bid. To take that position, a user must submit a higher eligible bid.
The platform determines ranking based on its current bidding rules. Payment is for promotional placement.
A successful payment gives you a sponsored promotional position. It does not pay you. It does not rank who is “best”. It does not promise customers.
The #1 holder is confirmed after the platform verifies payment. The app only shows server-confirmed data.

No. #1 is a sponsored promotional placement. The profile that pays a higher confirmed amount holds the position. It is not a prize and not an objective ranking of quality.
What am I paying for?
You are purchasing promotional visibility — a labelled sponsored position on MeOnTop. Payment goes to the platform. There are no user-to-user payouts, rewards, or monetary returns.
How does a bid become the current position?
The current position has a current bid. To take it, you submit a higher eligible amount and complete payment. The platform confirms the placement after it verifies payment.
When does a placement go live?
Only after the platform verifies payment. A checkout screen on your phone is not enough. The app shows server-confirmed data.
What if someone places a higher bid while I am paying?
If a higher eligible bid is confirmed first, your payment is not used to activate the position. You will see that outcome on the payment screen in the app.
